I had to go through the same type of thing a few days ago, and what I did is I tried really hard to not get mad and keep a really open mind and see what they had to say. I did not agree with them, but I kept it to myself and when I got home I listened to some Skillet :D

 Anyway if they are letting you debate the subject have fun with it and make it into a good debate. But remember the bible also says not to sow discord among the brethren so try not to get to mad in front of the group.

ok well it wasn't to bad it was very fasinating to a vertain extent i asked him one queston i asked him if HE THOUGHT that there was a way God could reach people through this music i already knew God could but iwanted to see if he'd admit it he did he said it was possible.
