Just saying 'ello for John and myself...we are both busy these days, especially Johnathan! School started last week, and today he started back to orchestra and band. He had what we call "double day" today...where he has both band and orchestra. This is the last year he has orchestra after school; next year it's during the school day. Hooray! ) A skinny 6th grade boy, 70 pounds soaking wet, lugging a violin on his backpack (the violin we bought him this summer came with backpack straps, thank God!), carrying a trombone in one hand, and pulling a not-very-light backpack on wheels with the other hand. Oofta! I offer to help him...but parents don't go into school with kids, do they John??? He's trying very hard to do the "socially correct" thing, and that's VERY hard for him. If he wants to, I'll let him go into more detail about that himself!
