Ok so I recently heard the song "Say It" for the first time and I have to say I really like the sound and the lyrics but there is just one thing I don't get. Say what? I dont get what she is talking about when she says stuff like I am not afraid to say it and I'm gonna say it...SAY WHAT?

If anyone can help me get this I would appreciate it. I don't know why but its just not clicking with me I guess.

I had the same question before, and I think the answer is, it's just to make the song better. So "Say it" just refers to the other lyrics in the song.

I think she wants you to say what is on your mind or say what God wants you to say. I am only guessing but that is what I am thinking she wants you to say.
