Hi Everyone,
I'm writing to you all today with great news (for me anyway...hahaha!!) :o)
Some of you may have known (or not) that I applied to go to school with the Eccumenical Institute,
to be a Chaplain, not long ago. Two weeks ago or so, I had my interview and today
I found out I was accepted.
(Only six students get accepted, so that was pretty great in itself). God is great ALL the time !!
"If it's God's will it's God's bill".... I keep hearing that ringing in my mind!
The program is only $600, I need a $50 deposit to hold my spot.
With other bills I have it's hard to see in the physical that it's going to happen.
I know in the spiritual it's already paid for. (I don't start till September, so that helps)!
If you could join me in praying over the financial part....(and for my car),
that it will all be taken care!!
I'm considering changing my place of employment during this time of transition,
and I'm praying for God's guidance right now in that direction, and in that I'll have favor
wherever I go that my work schedule will work with going to school also.
I'm looking for something specifically in the area.
I am also looking for somewhere to start some "on-the-job-training/volunteer work",
ie: possibly in a nursing home or something to help out in the chaplain area as such. Pray that just the right opportunity will just "jump out".
My grandma passed away June 6th....just a few weeks ago, and one of her favorite verses of hers is from
Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait on the Lord will find new strength. They will fly high on wings like eagles. They will run but not grow weary. They will walk and not faint."
