    Insomnia!Oh how fun!NOT!Anybody been there?Can't sleep.

    Hi all,

Me again.I can't sleep.I haven't been able to sleep since I got back from Fort Worth,Texas.I know I seem to uh,moan and whine a lot.But hey,I am up anyway.I want to sleep bad! It is 2:14 am EST in good ole NC and I want to sleep.Anybody been here?????? Why is it so hard for us Americans to sleep now of days????

Worried about the economy???Jobs?Family life, children, stress, the list goes on.I mean have you noticed the more sleep aid commercials like Lunesta and Ambien?I can't get on those meds.Uh,Oh well.Back to counting sheep.Ha.Oh well. There are worse things in life.I see my doc tomorrow,uh make that today, and I will discuss it with him.Night all.Maybe the sunrise will be pretty.Or maybe I will here the first sounds of the birds singing in the morning.Take care and pleasant dreams for those who sleep comes easy.Wow,how lucky for you.Love to ya,praying for you all.

I don't mean the character from Disney World either.I have been there 6 times.

Reading the Bible helps... helps me to get rid of thoughts swimming around in my head to keep me from sleeping too.
If anything read the Psalms or something... outloud!!

    Take care Steph!!

Yeah,I had the book of Psalms open all night on my desk in my upstairs din.Somebody told me when you are dealing with spiritual warfare issues and I was big time last night. To open the bible to the book of Psalms and they will go away and be silienced. That part worked but I still couldn't sleep.I went to bed at 6:35 am when my parents were getting up for work.I got up at 1:30 today and feel out of it and delirious.

I will be fine.I just, well,if I don't get the right sleep I will get sicker and I am already not eating hardly and I don't want to end up in a medical hospital.I mean medical and uh,not the other if you know what I mean.

Love you stuff and I hope you are doing well.Man,my eyes feel real red.Uhh.The sun is shinning and God is good.Trying to be positive.

I could never stick to one book. I probably should! (chuckles) But I perfer to jump from piece to piece, seeing as I remember, letting my memory tell me what God wants me to read. It's really helped! But of course, I've had a lot of suggestions that ha ve really helped! For instance; the one that has really been a blessing, 1 Samuel 12:16

He has given me a new family!

He let me fly through this storm!

Yeah, come to think of it I jump from book to book too.I would read Psalms then something in the New Testament.Sometimes it is hard to focus on just one book.Do you find that hard to do too Eli? I guess the book is so good I want to read as much as I can.Ha!! A bible reading marathon!!
