    Mispressed David Crowder*Band CD

After several failed attempts to email Sparrow Records at two of the provided email addresses (mick@email.sparrowrecords.com and mick@sparrowrecords.com), I feel like this may be the best recourse for a speedy response ...

Here is the text of my email:

    ***********************************

    To Whom It May Concern,

I recently purchased an unopened, still-sealed copy of David Crowder*Band's Can You Hear Us? at my local Sam Goody outlet.  Because it was sold as a "previously owned" CD, I cannot receive a refund.  Thus, I am requesting your assistance in helping make my purchase of this CD a good experience.

As I popped the CD into my computer to listen to it, I noticed that the music was not that of David Crowder*Band!  My iTunes program identified it as a female artist Jennifer Hanson from Capitol Records.  The CD even had an auto-start feature that popped up a window allowing me to view a Jennifer Hanson video.  The artwork on the CD itself is correct, but it is obvious that the CD has been mispressed.

Is there any possibilty that Sparrow Records can send me a replacement CD?  I do not necessarily need a new case or artwork, just the CD itself.  If desired, I am willing to send you the CD first for examination before a replacement CD is sent to me.

    God bless,

    Mike
