The piano score for "Why" is in Nichole's songbook for "This Mystery." You can order it through her website or have a bookstore get it for you if they don't have it in stock.

I have her folio, but sadly it's not what you hear in the live version.  It has the melody placed into what you're playing, so it doesn't sound as gorgeous.
