    SCC

So how good is "Remembering You"?  I love that song!  I think that Remembering You, Turkish Delight, I Will Believe and Open Up Your Eyes are the songs that fit best with the movie.  What does everyone else think?

    Hi, Carmel!

I love Remembering You!  I have to admit I haven't listened to all the other songs much yet.  I keep hitting the back button to hear Remembering You again.  I think I need to listen to the rest again today.

It is a really, really good CD - I'm glad I got it for Christmas! Smile [:)]

I do not have the CD, but I have played the video on Yahoo! many times.  I think it is one of the best things Steven has done in a while.  It just has a 'fresh' feel about it!

(and one of these days, I am going to make it to the movie as well!)

I haven't seen the movie yet so I can't comment on what songs fit in best with the movie, but I really like the CD! Big Smile [:D]

Hmmm, haven't gotten the cd or seen the movie yet. The funny thing is that I had X amount of dollars to spend when I went to the Lifeway store. I had it in my hand, it was on sale. I saw a book for my sister and bought that instead. I will go back and get it next. I can't wait to listen to it.

    Hi Christy!

I think it's worth it, but then I didn't have to buy my copy - my Dad and Cathy got it for me for Christmas, along with the box set of the Chronicles of  Narnia books (which I've wanted for YEARS - I wanted a matching set lol).  It could be better...if Todd and Jadon were on it Wink [;)]

    Re: SCC

I've given up hope on seeing the movie in the theater.  Do you know they're already pre-selling the DVD?  I didn't end up listening to the CD yesterday.  I rearranged my car CD's & couldn't put my hand on it.

    Re: SCC

    Hey guys!

I love "Remembering You!"  However, I think Dillon might actually like it more than I do!  Surprise [:O]  He plays it all the time!  (Even has the CD ripped to our xbox360).

I like "Turkish Delight," too, but it gets stuck in my head for HOURS!!!!  It cracks me up, for some reason....  I don't think they could have gotten a better person than David Crowder to do it, either.  That might be what makes me laugh...just picturing him singing it....

I can do better at listing favorite songs than I can matching them up with the movie.  Of course, now we've stopped the soccer match we were watching and have the xbox on to listen to it Smile [:)].

Though I like a LOT of the songs, I'm thinking "Hero" is one of the ones that goes with the movie (maybe..it's one of the closest??).  Dillon says that he can see them playing this song when Aslan appears at the battle.  (the chorus)  Normally, I'm not big on female singers, but I really like the songs Bethany, Nichole, and Rebecca sing.  "Lion" is another good one...though I don't know where it would go in the movie.

"New World" would be good to play at the end as the credits are rolling ;) (probably before "Turkish Delight" ;) ).  I like that song, but I can't imagine where it would go.  Dillon says it should play when they're running from the witch.  We need to get the DVD so we can do this better ;).  Nope.  Now he says play em during the credits.

Now, for more "Narnia with Dillon"...

"I Will Believe" should be playing when they are being crowned, and then after when they're riding the horses. He's got this all figured out.  ;)

"More Than it Seems" is when Peter is having the inner conflict of being the leader in the fight and his destiny...(as opposed to just being a boy)

"You're the One"  When Mr. Beaver is telling them about Aslan being on the move and how the mention of his name makes them light up and gives them peace (though they didn't know who he was at the time).

I wish they'd played this CD as the credits rolled.  It's such a good CD.  :)

Hoping for a glimpse of the good ol days..

ROTFLOL!  I love Narnia with Dillon!  More! More!

Turkish Delight is such a rad song!  It's very Jamiroquai sounding, and yes, it certainly gets stuck in your head.

It's just a fantastic CD!  As I said, all it needed to make it better were tracks by Todd Agnew (not that I'm biased), Jadon Lavik (again, not biased) and Barlow Girl!

My little brother got the CD, and I like Open Up Your Eyes. It's awesome partly because it IS, and partly because I just like Jeremy Camp.  I have like 2 of his CD's.

TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS- I am SO sorry for not being on very much lately. It probably won't change too much, but...yeah. I still keep you in mind!

For me I tend to listen to the first four tracks skip to Rebecca St. James, skip to Chris Tomlin, and repeat cycle.
